2022 CBC Project Team Awards Multi-Family/Mixed Use (Large) First
Rockview Phase II New Haven, CT |
Rockview Phase II is a quality mixed-income development project with 62 affordable rentals and 16 market-rate units. The modern townhouses are in New Haven, Connecticut. When a team is genuinely invested in the community and focuses on providing a quality product, unforeseen challenges are navigable. The global pandemic, supply chain and delivery delays, the unexpected passing of a subcontractor, and what to do with contingency funds were all worked through collaboratively because of the team’s unwavering dedication to the community. Their proactive, creative efforts kept the project on budget with minimal delay, and Rockview was 100 percent occupied at conversion.
