As an integrated design build firm, SLAM worked with the owner and the entire project team to develop a unique program, efficient design,budgetgoals, constructability solutions andproject logistics that responded to the residential, communal, wellness and clinical needs of Chapel Haven’s aging population.The new Schleifer Adult Independent Living (SAIL) Building, a17 million-dollarfour-story 48,500 sf 28-unit facility with 42 beds replaced several older structures to accommodate the needs of Chapel Haven’s community members with autistic spectrum aging.
