Experience the diverse architecture, history and heritage of Waterbury, Connecticut, the next city CBC visits for a narrated tour followed by a designer and builder panel presentation on a key project.
Learn about recent and future design and construction opportunities right here in the Brass City and what you can do to position your firm to help preserve and/or add to Connecticut’s rich history.

Taking place at the majestic (AND PREVIOUS CBC PROJECT TEAM AWARD WINNER) Waterbury City Hall
(originally designed by Cass Gilbert), the evening includes a stationed buffet dinner and an optional guided bus tour in the comfort of a double-decker glass-roofed bus, led by City Historian Phil Benevento.
Simultaneously, an alternate small group-guided walking tour of the City Hall itself will also be offered.
The before bus tour appetizers, stationed dinner buffet, and panel presentation will take place in the beautiful Veterans Memorial Hall inside City Hall.
ALSO....THIS EVENT INCLUDES OUR ANNUAL SPECIAL RECOGNITION TO CBC's PAST PRESIDENTS as we celebrate our own rich history!
