Celebrate New Haven’s architecture, history and heritage. Historic preservation is one of the few markets in Connecticut that did not experience a downturn, and in fact increased over recent years!
Learn about recent and future design and construction opportunities right here in Connecticut and what you can do to position your firm to help preserve Connecticut’s long history.
Taking place in the state’s oldest Masonic Lodge, the evening includes a stationed buffet dinner, and an optional guided bus tour in the comfort of a double-decker glass-roofed bus, led by architectural historian Christopher Wigren, advisor to the New Haven Preservation Trust. A small group guided walking tour of the Lodge itself will also be offered, and the panel presentation will take place in one of their beautifully maintained meeting rooms.
Speakers:
Helen Higgins, Executive Director, Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation on CT’s Historic Mills and their adaptive reuse.
