Design-Build is Here to Stay
Please Register by Friday, January 11, 2013
The idea of putting the responsibility for design and construction under one contract is not new. But while the use of design-build has been growing steadily outside the Northeast, it has been slow to catch on in the land of steady habits.
Now, the momentum behind design-build delivery is spreading into new segments of the market and areas close to home. Our panel of public and private sector industry experts will discuss the growing interest in design-build in our region as an effective way to get projects designed and built in a time and cost efficient manner.
Which sectors have a particular interest in this collaborative approach, how should design-build be administered to maximize its benefits, and what do owners look for in design-build teams?
