The Yale University 493 College Street renovation project demonstrates the best of project coordination--finished on time and under budget. A few of the many challenges the design and construction team faced include a tight urban site, a nearly 100-year old building, and unique scheduling complications. In addition, the historic beauty of this grand space was preserved and the facility upgraded to meet current energy-efficient standards. The project has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
