Owners face challenges of evaluating whether to build new or to renovate when dealing with facilities. The management of these assets requires a comprehensive evaluation from different perspectives--real estate, construction, and design.  This program provides an interactive forum to discuss the factors an owner should consider when deciding to build new or renovate.
