Increasing safety by removing signals?  Come find out more about the long-awaited project involving corridor improvements along Route 9 in Middletown.  The project is slated to improve safety and reduce delay times in Middletown along with spurring growth and accessibility to the adjacent riverfront.  

Hear from CT DOTs engineers and project managers about the obstacles that were encountered, community involvement and the potential economic growth that may result because of the infrastructure improvements.
