A lawyer, an architect and a carpenter . . . This is no joke. We are bringing back our popular roundtable format to discuss best practices in construction law. Be a part of the conversation on the hottest legal issues that affect your business, project, and future. Your colleagues in law, design, construction and consultancy will all be present along with graduate students and faculty from Central Connecticut State University Construction Management Program. Learn from your peers and contribute to the industry in this unique forum.

This program is co-sponsored by Central Connecticut State University's Department of Manufacturing and Construction Management, creating a special opportunity to network with members of our future workforce and the professors shaping their education and training.

Please select during the registration process one of three round table topics in which to participate:

1. Onerous contract clauses: pay-if-paid, no damages for delay, waivers of consequential damages

2. Quality of Design: Quality of design documents and Delegated Design

3. Avoiding Litigation and Arbitration: Techniques to avoid litigation and arbitration
