Learn from State of Connecticut leaders about upcoming projects and initiatives from UCONN, the Department of Administrative Services, and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
UCONN's Next Generation Connecticut program is continuing at full speed with construction at the University's new downtown Hartford Campus, the new Technology Park, and projects on the university's Flagship Campus. The CT Department of Administrative Services recently broke ground on Naugatuck Valley Community College Center for Health Sciences and work at Hammonasset Beach State Park. Meanwhile, the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Services has launched a competition seeking bids for resources to provide more affordable and reliable energy and to address infrastructure challenges that contribute to high energy prices.
These three CT agency leaders will present about these efforts and the direction their agencies will be taking in the coming years. Find out about changes and improvements planned, their biggest challenges moving forward, and how this affects the AEC community.
