Connecticut Building Congress Presents: Red Light, Green Light, No Lights! Raising Route 9 in Middletown and its Impact on Local and Regional Development Opportunities
HARTFORD, CONN -
The Connecticut Building Congress will host the program “Red Light, Green Light, No Lights! Raising Route 9 in Middletown and its Impact on Local and Regional Development Opportunities” on Tuesday March 13, 2018 (snow date is March 14, 2018) at The Marquee, Gershon Fox Ballroom, 960 Main Street, Hartford, Connecticut. The event will start at 5:30 pm with networking and registration.
Increasing safety by removing signals? Come find out more about the long-awaited project involving corridor improvements along Route 9 in Middletown. The project is slated to improve safety and reduce delay times in Middletown along with spurring growth and accessibility to the adjacent riverfront. Hear from Connecticut Department of Transportation engineers and project managers about the obstacles that were encountered, community involvement and the potential economic growth that may result because of the infrastructure improvements.
