    2020 CBC 25th Annual LeFloch Memorial Golf Outing 

    CBC's Scholarship Fundraiser

    ATTENTION: CBC and the Shuttle Meadow Country Club will be following COVID-19 guidelines to keep guests safe. All attendees must adhere to these policies and sign a waiver.

    Policies and Precautions Taken

    1. There will be a limit of 100 golfers allowed at the tournament.

    2. A health check-in form and waiver, including a pledge to abide by rules, must be filled out prior to attending the tournament.

    3. Folks who are not feeling well will be asked not attend the event.

    4. Social distancing of 6 feet is required.

    5. Masks must be worn, including in the golf cart (unless a cohort or family member).

    6. Registration gifts will be pre-sorted and ready for pick-up to reduce contact.

    7. Lunches will be boxed and placed in golf cart to limit exposure.

    8. Driver of the cart will be the same all day.

    9. Cocktail hour will be outside on the patio.

    10. Dinner will be served instead of the usual buffet style and folks must maintain social distancing during dinner. The patio will be available for use during dinner.

    11. The raffle winners will be pre-selected. These and other awards typically done during dinner, will be pre-sorted.

    12. Golfer Names Due Date: Friday, September 11, 2020, in order to coordinate with the Golf Pro and Covid-19 requirements.

    Event Details: 
    Join us for a fun day of golf or join us for dinner while helping to raise money for the Connecticut Building Congress Scholarship Fund. CBC has raised more than $520,000 over the past 24 years through sponsorships and raffle ticket sales at our annual event.

    Once again, this year’s event will be an 18-hole shotgun start scramble format with various contests, lunch, door prizes, and dinner (tentative) where CBC announces the awards and raffle prize winners. 

    Schedule of Event:
    10 am - 11:30 am Registration
    10 am - 12 noon Driving Range
    11 am - 12 noon Lunch
    12 noon Shotgun Start
    5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Cocktail & Socially Distanced Networking Hour
    6:30 pm-8 pm Dinner
     (socially distant),  Awards & Raffle Prizes 

    DRESS CODE: Proper golf attire required. Cargo pants, cargo shorts, jeans, tank tops, short shorts, or metal golf spikes are NOT PERMITTED.
