Industry Practices Committee
The Industry Practices Committee reviews construction industry problems and issues guidance for voluntary adoption. The IPC works with other industry organizations in the Connecticut Construction Guidelines Coalition to adopt new guidelines. They also hold monthly dinner meetings on a variety of topics.

CBC Scholarship Fund
The CBC Scholarship Fund grants scholarships of up to $2,000 per year to college students studying in areas of benefit to the Construction Industry, including architecture, engineering, construction management, construction technology, etc. Click here for more about the Scholarship Fund and the application process.

Project Team Awards
The Connecticut Building Congress initiated the Project Team Award program to recognize and promote teamwork among participants in the construction process. Read about the Project Team Awards.
