  On the heels of UConn’s ambitious 20-year campus renovation, the Town of Mansfield has embarked on its own complementary public-private partnership to create a true college town and regional center of commerce, with a vibrant residential component. The first phase of the mixed-use development, located at the crossroads of the town center and UConn, is now under construction.
  
  Join us as we hear about the evolution of
  the project from the original vision to the final implementation, and learn about future
  phases of the project and the opportunities being created.
